Rates Per 50 Minute Session:
$175 Individual Counseling.
Session Length:
A regular session is 50 minutes.

Office/Teletherapy Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.  

In Network Insurance:

First Choice Health
Cigna Behavioral Health

If your insurance plan is not listed above, I can provide a superbill for you to file claims with your insurance. I do not accept EAP. Please verify your health insurance for In/Out of network coverage before you arrange your first appointment.   

Payment:
I only accept credit cards or Health Savings Cards (HSA). Payment for session will be charged on the card you put on file.

Cancellation Policy:
The client is responsible to cancel their appointment 24 hours in advance excluding weekends or you may be required to pay the full cost of the session.
